Reservation Policy
*To cancel or change a reservation, 24 hrs notice is required for a
party of 5 or less and 1 week notice for a party of 6 or more*
Online Confirmation
Please note that you will receive a confirmation email or text message when you make your reservation online. If you do not receive a confirmation your reservation has not been received. Please try again online or reach out to the tea room directly by phone or email.
Cancellation or Change Charges
At the time of reservation we require a credit card number to be placed on file. We do not charge the card at this time. If you fail to make a timely cancellation, are a no-show for you reservation or fail to settle your bill at the end of your tea service the card on file will be charged the full amount of your tea time plus 20% gratuity. Be advised that if you have a change to the number of guests in your reservation you will need to reach out to the tea room to confirm this change. If you do not inform us of your change the initial reservation number is still confirmed and you will be responsible for that number of guests.
Children
The tea room does not have high chairs, booster seats, or the ability to accommodate strollers in our establishment. Children are allowed for tea as long as they are supervised at all times and are able to enjoy the 2 hour service without being disruptive to other guests. Large parties of children are discouraged. Though it is at the discretion of the parents and/or guardians please be aware that the tea room can be an over-stimulating place for children.
Parking
Metered parking is available both on La Mesa Blvd. and in a large municipal lot to the rear of the shop off of Allison Ave. On Fridays please allow extra time for parking due to the La Mesa Farmers Market. Sunday parking is free.
Walk-Ins
We have three outdoor dining tables that are available in front of the tea room for walk-ins on a first come, first served basis.
